Dalrymple 10 YO

Distilled at Ailsa Bay in 2015, a distillery renowned for its precision in distilling and experimental spirit styles. This tea-spooned malt, bottled under the name Dalrymple, has matured for a decade in a hogshead. We at Chapter 7 are quite impressed with this full bodied malty and meaty dram. 

The nose shows ripe pear, vanilla cream, and light floral notes, lifted by a gentle citrus zest.On the palate, layers of toffee, malt sweetness, and orchard fruits are balanced by subtle spice. The finish is clean and elegant, with lingering honey and oak.
