You must be aged over the legal age in your country of residence to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the legal age. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over. If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery. We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.

While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, Chapter 7 Whisky Ltd. takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any information relating to a third party that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Chapter 7 Whisky have dispatched the items to you.

Social Media Competitions

  1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over, depending on the legal age for alcohol consumption in the country of their residence.
  2. The competition will begin at the time the competition post is shared and end at the time stated in the post caption.
  3. Winners will be chosen at random and contacted within 7 days of the competition end date.
  4. Only entries which follow the competition posts instructions will be counted.
  5. The prize will be clearly stated in the competition post and is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. Chapter 7 Whisky Ltd. shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  7. Chapter 7 Whisky's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  9. Instagram or Facebook in no way are involved in the running or design of our contests or promotions.

Notice

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Our failure to enforce a right does not amount to waiver of it.
