OUR WHISKIES
The original Greek meaning of anthology is a collection or gathering of flowers in bloom. Over the years, we’ve gathered intriguing whisky casks when they’re ready to bottle. This is the Chapter 7 Whisky Anthology.
We’ve bottled old whiskies and young whiskies. Whisky from Scotland and whiskey from Ireland. We’ve filled bottles from sherry casks and bourbon casks. And we’ve taken casks from well-known distilleries and secret distilleries. But our whiskies have one thing in common: they’re all whiskies we want to drink.
